Platform Enforcement Policy
Last updated 21 September 2026
This page says what we may do when something on Deeevas breaks the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, the Copyright Policy or the Trademark Policy, and how to ask us to look again. We would rather not have to; where we can, we tell you what happened and why.
What we can do
- Remove an item — for something that should not be on Deeevas, or in response to a valid notice.
- Remove a space — when a space exists for what the guidelines forbid.
- Restrict an account — stopping you from collecting, or from inviting others, for a time.
- Close an account — for repeated or serious breaches, or where the law requires it.
Serious breaches — anything sexualising a minor, non-consensual intimate images, credible threats — mean immediate closure, and where the law requires it, a report to the authorities.
How far we go
As little as fixes the problem. One item that breaks the guidelines is one item removed; a pattern is a restriction; a space made for it is the space and, if it comes to that, the account. We consider whether it was deliberate, whether it has happened before, and what harm it does. Legal notices are handled as their policies set out.
How to report
Write to [email protected] with a link to what you are reporting and what it breaks. Copyright and trademark notices have their own addresses and requirements on their pages. We look at every report and tell you when we have acted, though we do not always say what we did.
Appeals
If we removed something of yours or restricted your account and you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice we sent, or write to [email protected], within 30 days and tell us why. Someone will look at it again, and we will tell you what we decided.
